LOVE IT !!!Aug 19, 2010
By flossie1899 I am a Bus Monitor on a church bus on Wednesday nights.I have a very weak voice and I can not wait to use it when we start back picking kids up for church next month. The volume can be turned down so I think it will work great even on a bus. However right now I am really enjoying using this to call the dog in and yell at my hard of hearing husband.(He wishes I had got one a lot sooner)I was not expecting to use it for everyday use but it is really coming in handy!I also love the small light compact size but if you are needing a really strong one remember this is a mini and does not have the kind of power of a big one.Oh I also agree the music is awful but I personally do not need that.

Loud and makes for a great gag gift!Jun 18, 2010
By -Hewie Lewis I got this for my step mom so should could yell, "PUT YOUR HEARING AIDS IN" at my dad. It worked wonderfully and VERY loud. The music it plays sucks, but this thing is louder than I anticipated. I figured I would buy it and be disappointed that it was not loud enough.
Though, if I needed it for more serious stuff like riot control I would need a bigger one.

Loud enough for a women's church retreat -- and that's saying something!Dec 08, 2010

"Professional Geek"
We grabbed two of these for a women's retreat -- which included lots of loud chattering and loud participatory games -- and it allowed the 'wranglers' to be heard over the din. Was surprised at how long it took us to locate a decent product; but most I found were either on the 'toy' end of the spectrum or were a few hundred bucks for 'professionals' (firemen, etc.). This one was just right.

All that you need in megaphoneOct 10, 2011
By EmyG Bought this product to cheer for a friend who was running her first marathon. It nice size is comfortable to hang on my neck when not in use. Was able to use for 5 hours without straining my voice which is what usually is the first to go before those I am cheering for even get to the finish line. The sound is loud enough to hear but not so annoying to others in the crowd. Highly recommend. Simple to use.
