I've tried all kinds of massage pillows, vibrating pillows, etc. This is by far the best product I've every had. I bought mine at the county fair last year, but will order one for my Mom here. Can't quite figure out the infrared feature. For the price, I think you will be pleased.

The Handheld Percussion Massager w/ Infrared Light is a very good massager. It's powerful enough to deeply massage your muscles. The infrared light, on the back of the unit, seems useless to me. However, as a massager I highly recommend this item. Just be careful not to use it for more than 3 minutes on one spot because you will cause more harm than good. I find that 2-3 minutes is just right. Also be sure to start on a low setting for the first minute and then you can safely raise it to the highest level. Why pay 3x as much when this massager does the job well!

Fairly lightweight, but still effective for light to moderate massage. There is a sharp difference between single and two-head massage units, as the back/forth of the two head types can be far more effective than this type of unit. The Tapping Pro is worth keeping, though some additional force may be needed to penetrate deeper muscles.
