I got this primarily because it was pink. The color is a darker fuchsia pink. It works just fine and was easy to set up. I have it hooked up to a pink Sceptre tv and haven't had any problems with it yet. The top had a small nick on it and the paint was missing there but I have my tv setting on top of it so I can't see it. It comes with a matching pink remote, but the remote feels light and cheap (it takes aaa batteries). It doesn't have any bells and whistles but it serves its purpose and plays dvds like it's supposed to.

My daughter wanted a hot pink DVD player and after searching high and low I found this on on-line. My daughter loves it and it works just fine. Great product!
