You may return all unused items purchased from Hope Discount City Inc. within 8 days of the original delivery. To be eligible for a return, all such items must be returned in its original box and packaging, in the same condition that it was received in - with all original materials (manuals, brochures, warranty cards, accessories or any other papers that may have accompanied the product). Return shipping costs shall be paid by the buyer, and there will a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the returned product. Such return shipments must be sent with a form of certified mail (FedEx, UPS or Certified USPS).
To proceed with a return, please call us at (213)747-HOPE/(213)747-2000, Monday-Friday between the hours of 10a-5p or email us at CustomerService@HopeDiscountCity.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Upon receiving such, the product must be returned within 3-days. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
